On my invoice template the customer’s address is below the company address, but when printed it appears to the right, which means I can’t use the snail mail facility as the address isn’t under the red rectangle. I can’t see how to change this.
The template you’re using (NEON) isn’t supported by the snail mail send tool, not without CSS modification. Basically the invoices gets printed and folded by iMail in such a way that the address needs to be in the position of the highlighted red box so it is visible through the envelope.
You can use the CSS editor to move the address into position but with that template you’ll be left with a lot of white space above. The standard template works fine without modification.
