I used to get “pop ups” telling me that an overdue reminder had been sent automatically, however this appears to have stopped, or is it just me
The settings are set for 30,60 and 90 but dont appear to get the messages
I know that if you have the automated overdue invoice reminders switched on it will show a red notification in the top left of the dashboard when invoices are x number of days overdue. You can also set it to auto-send invoice reminders but it doesn’t show any sort of popup that am I aware of when this happens.
EDIT:
Took a quick look at your account and can see you have auto-send switched on. Do you have any examples of invoice reminders you think should have been sent but weren’t?
I would recommend you disable auto-send for now, so you can check manually.
