Reporting on customer turnover

Hello,

I’ve been looking at the custom reports but I can’t work out how to extract the data I’m after.

I’d simply like to generate a report which shows turnover by client. I can see the data on a client by client basis in the client detail screen but is there a way to run a report to extract this data for all clients in a given period?

In custom reports you can only select nominal codes.

Custom reports will only report the activity at the nominal code level. You can show turnover for a given client individually by going into the client detail screen and viewing all invoices from the menu. You can then use the advanced search tool to filter by date range.

You can also show total “all time” turnover by client in the client management area by opening the advanced search box and revealing the additional columns in the yellow bar.
