Unable to send Statements or Invoices

Over past week sending invoice and statements from my account has got steadily more difficult. When creating a statement if I choose to cange the period the system throws me with an error bad connection . The same thing is happening on creating and sending out invoices 9 out of 10 fail. I am fed up with retyping invoices that have failed and not saved, also unable to send customers statments means I am now loosing money. Can any one suggest what might be going wrong. I am on Windows 8.1.

I’ve not heard of any reports elsewhere of this happening. What browser are you using?
