I accidentally paid for some cigerettes on my business account, can I just delete this transaction from the relevant quickfile bank account or do I have to do more than this?
Put the money back into the company bank account already to cover the money owing,

If you’ve replaced the money, you can safely delete the transaction as the overall effect is zero.
However, if you wish, you can tag the two entries as a transfer to/from either the Proprietor Drawings Account or Director’s Loan Account (sole trader and limited company respectively). There’s a guide on how to do this here.
