Attach expense receipts to client invoices when you rebill expenses

Hi,

The rebill feature is brilliant. It would be even more useful if the attachments for receipts could also be sent as email attachments when the client invoice is emailed.

Most clients want to see the original invoices rather than just a line item on the client invoice. I know that the client can go into the client area to download the expense receipts. But most of my clients don’t do that. I end up emailing the receipts to them again.

Hopefully you can implement this feature as well.

When it comes to email attachments, although possible to attach the files to the email itself, it’s not something we’re likely to do due to performance reasons.

We have however implemented an email token following from user feedback, which may help resolve this issue for you. Please see this topic for information.
