Bank Transfer from GBP to EUR account

Hi, I need to transfer some money from a GBP account into a EUR account. I have setup the EUR account but I cannot see how to transfer from one currency to another, any ideas?

Hi @LucyP

When you go to tag your payment from the bank statement screen, select “Bank transfer between accounts”, and choose your EUR account from the list:

This will then prompt you for the EUR equivalent. Enter this and click “Save”:

This will then create a matching tagged entry in your EUR account too.
