Change Account Administrator

Hi,

Our preceding administrator is no longer in his role and I need to transfer his administrator privileges to myself.

The preceding administrator has his email on our client list. He has given me his log in details which I expected would allow me to log in to the administrative side of the platform, but I am stuck on the client facing side.

How can I get to the administrative side and transfer access to myself?

Hi,
You can only use one email address for one account. If the admin email address was used to login to a client account you are no longer able to login in your normal quickfile account. The quickfile support team has to sort this out for you.

After that is done go to your settings page and click team management. There you can add or remove team member, or move the admin privilege to you or someone else.
