Client dedicated area and client passwords

Hi,

When importing a client list from an xls spreadhseet, how is Quickfile directed to send the user their password.

We don’t send the passwords, but then it’s very rare that your clients will need them. When an invoice, statement or message is emailed to a client it will contain a direct access link, which will automatically log them in.

If you need to reset a password you can do so on an individual basis:
