Recently converted a estimate to an invoice and the footer does not change, as i have different footers for each one.

Ok I see what i did as saw that button, AS all the payment details are shown on the invoice footer and not the quote footer so people dont know how to pay. I forgot to click save prior to printing so it did not update!!! thought it must have been simple.
