i am trying to change the section which says “Purchase Reference” to " Purchase Order", is this possible. One of my customers uses an automated service, which does not recognise reference, therefor does not generate a payment for me. Before moving to QF, we had the option of PO and never had a problem getting paid. Can you help?
You should be able to do it via the CSS for the invoice style you are using:

I would try this but cannot locate the CSS editor. The invoice style gallery button does not seem to exist in my QF

When you preview an invoice, you should see a green “Invoice Style Gallery” in the top left corner. This will only appear when you’re viewing the invoice itself (not editing it).
