Employee's Pension Contributions

Hello,

Our company has recently started paying pension contributions, but I’m not sure how to tag the payments to NEST.

I have read this guide: Processing Pension Contributions
but it seems to deal with sole traders and just employer’s contributions. We are a limited company, with employees and directors, and the NEST payments include both employee’s and employer’s contributions, for employees and directors.

Do I need to create a new nominal account for employee’s contributions?

You can create new nominal if you like

Thanks. Is that the normal way of doing this, or do most people shove everything under the existing nominal?

Its good to be organised and keep separate nominals for key items
