Enable Invoice Name option

Hiya

  Invoice name is not appearing on my invoices. I have selected the Invoice Name option in invoice customisation but when I create a new invoice the option to enter the Invoice name is not there and neither is it there when i preview / print the invoice

HI @harry, I’ve just checked our test account and everything works fine.

Hi @harry, there’s no issue there, you simply have to activate option “Name invoices on creation” in the Advanced Features.

On your main Dashboard go to Account Settings - Company settings:

Next select Advanced Features:

Under Advanced Features, activate “Name invoices on Creation” function:

And there it is:

If this feature is not active then default Invoice Name will be the top line description of the first line item created.
