Before I embark on importing data to QF I would like advice on whether there is a capability to filter on a subscription (Sales order).
I manage a club subscription, there are several subscriptions to manage and would like to filter on a combination of subscription.
A nominal sales code could be used for each type of subscription but I suspect this is an incorrect accounting practice. Would coding the Product reference be a better idea? The inventory has a short code for the product could that be used?

you can have different nominal code for each type of subscription, its like sale type 1,2,3,etc. All would club under income figure anyway
The other way you can filter (as of last week) is to apply project tags to invoices.
