Im an accountant, and cant remember my clients email i setup, company was called Kimono, cant you find it on your system?

Sorry to sound stupid, but how do i go to the client record?

You can do this a few ways, but the easiest is to enter the client name in the quick search box on the dashboard. Otherwise go to the horizontal menu item Sales then select View clients, you can then select the client from the list.

I may have misunderstood you here. I assumed you meant one of your clients within a Quick File account. If you’re client is a business with their own separate Quick File account you will need to reset the password here.
