Fixed Exchange Rates Feature

Hi
I would like to set 1 fixed ‘internal’ rate per currency during the financial year and then with the spot rate at year end perform a revaluation on the bank/cash balances, can this be done and the live rate feature turned off or overridden?
[- I would anticipate most transactions would be of a receipt/payment/journal nature]

This is not possible at present as we use XE.com for exchange rates.

I did find a similar feature request in the forum, please feel free to add your vote, that way we can monitor the popularity.
