Hi
I am finding difficulty to submit my tax returns to HMRC. I am sole proprietor, and I am VAT exempt. I have connected my UTR and NI number but keeps giving me error which says: HMRC Connection Error

MATCHING_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND. A resource with the name in the request can not be found in the API

Can someone kindly guide me what I’m doing wrong or what else needed to be done in order to send my return form to HMRC.

Which return do you mean? QuickFile doesn’t support submitting self assessment, only VAT.

We will support self assessment submissions in future once HMRC has this up and running, more information can be found on our blog

At present you can only submit vat returns via QuickFile as @ian_roberts mentions,
