How do I check Nominal Entries?

Hi There,

I note that Quick file becomes chargeable soon. I’ve been put in the XL category, and just wanted to check that this is right. 4000 entries seems a lot for our business to have used - how can I check these?

Thank you for your swift response. I wiped my account and re entered a lot of transactions back in June - I’m assuming that the high levels of activity (1122 & 414 on 25th & 26th of June) are what have put me over the thresholds.

Can this be taken into account? or would I still be over the limit?

Hi @forevervodka

The transactions are counted on a 12 month rolling basis, so entering a large amount of data in one day could very well push you over the limit. If you’re only entering a small amount of data each year, then once the 12 months have passed, it may be that your account will be downgraded and the subscription becomes no longer required.
