I have just reached our end of year accounts and my accountant has said that they cannot login using last years details. Can you tell me how I change the password or allow access?
If you’ve set them up as a team member, go to Account Settings > Team Management
Click the ‘Modify’ button next to their record:
Tick ‘Change login password’:
And complete the form. They are also able to request a new password when they attempt to log in.
However, I would highly recommend that they sign up for Affinity, which is designed for accountants. You can direct them here for info:
