How do I unlock journals?

Could you please unlock the following journals on bocboc (uk) Limited
Account: 6131442460

30/09/2014 Year end journal - 30/09/2014 25 – View Details
30/09/2013 Year end journal - 30/09/2013 17 – View Details
01/09/2013 226324_OB 2 – View Details

If they are locked by a year end process, you can simply roll them back within your own account by moving the account lock back and deleting the year end journals.

Hi @Vera_Stevens To unlock the accounts, you need to delete the year end journal that’s been created by running the year end tool (Go to Reports > Journals). Then, you can remove the lock by going to Account settings > All Settings > Year end lock. That would then allow you to modify anything that has been previously locked up to the new lock date.
