Adding an additional column to the items table isn’t possible I’m afraid. However, what you could do is either:

Add a line below the description for the item which would be the date. You could even add
<i>tags around this to make it italic and different from the rest of the text, for example:
Next day delivery of parcel to Manchester
<i>Delivery on: 24th April 2018</i> -
Or, you can use a comment line (you can find more info in the blog post)
