I’ve just discovered my Bank Account records only show transactions from November 2018 to date, although I’ve been using Quickfile for nearly six years. What’s happened to the previous records?
They’re still there, but you have to set the search date range in order to see them as the default is now the last two years only.

Apologies for the confusion - I have been informed that this was recently added by our development team as part of recent performance updates. Very few users will need to return data going back further than 2 years when loading the bank statement page, so this is narrowed down to help improve the performance here.
