Need to add several emails for a supplier

New to Quickfile.
How do you add multiple emails to a supplier. I am sending purchase orders but they need to go to 3 people at the supplier. There is only room for one contact when you edit the supplier. Please help anyone?

Hi @taff,

Unfortunately it is not possible to set up multiple emails. You can add the additional email addresses within the notes section at the bottom of the supplier screen.

Additional supplier email addresses and contacts

Hello, We have two suppliers who specifically request that we use three different email addresses to send invoices, statements and credit notes. In addition for a large number of our suppliers we need to send purchase orders to different people for different things we purchase. Could the supplier data be modified to be similar to client data so we can input several supplier contacts, nominating a default? Thanks, Richard
