Wondering if it can be done or not. I have a lot of purchased stock, that i would like to offset a percentage against certain invoices. Is this possible to do??

QuickFile doesn’t have any integrated inventory systems for allocating stock depletion against invoices. It’s not something that is strictly required as far as general accounting/bookkeeping goes.
If you’d like to group together income and expenditure to workout profitability on specific activities, you can use the project reporting tool, although this is more for actual projects than costs linked to single invoices.
