Paypal transfer duplicating in suspense account

I’ve found another post similar to your issue and I’ve copied a section of it here which seems to answer your question.

Bank transfers actually leave a trace in the suspense account, whereas with invoice payments the old suspense entry gets updated instead of counter journalled. As long as your suspense account is zero’d it should be fine.
