can I attach a PDF list of materials to order, shown below, too many line entry or is there a way fo import! the information from CSV or EXCEL directly into a P/o, this would be better.

At present there isn’t the option to attach a document to a purchase order.
You can however add your support for this feature, here: Purchase Orders - Attach files facilty
