Query with Balance Sheet and the Bank Management

Hi,

I am facing a trouble with the Balance Sheet and the Bank Management. In my bank accounts, the actual balance is Zero and that is the same showing in Balance Sheet. But when I go to my Bank Management and check currency accounts, it shows the negative balance.

Can you please guide me how to get rid of the negative balance which are incorrect? This is a bit urgent, hence I really appreciate quick response.

The balance sheet shows the GBP balances, which can drift out of line with the foreign currency balances over time as exchange rates fluctuate, there’s a tool to add a journal which corrects the GBP balance to the current exchange rate without affecting the foreign currency balance.
