Is there a way in QuickFile to send an email to all clients rather than sending a message individually to notify client’s of a sale or promotion etc

This is not something we support or intend to support I’m afraid.
There’s a discussion elsewhere on the forum about this, but basically we want to stay clear of any kind of bulk mailing operations. It runs the risk of being abused and getting our mail servers blacklisted, it’s also quite a specialist area in terms of configuring the emails to send correctly in bulk without getting quarantined/blocked.
There are already some excellent services out there that will do this, I believe MailChimp has a free tier. Other users may have alternative suggestions.

could the api poll the list of client and here emails into another program?
not i want to do this type of thing just wondering if api supports it
stupid question when you send to the max of 6 at once does it give option of using cc or bcc?
We are working on WebHooks at the moment, this could be used in conjunction with the API so that a WebHook is triggered when a client is added, deleted or updated. You could then use the Client_Get method on the API to refresh the information held in a 3rd party application.
