I’m going back to basics as the Accountant has asked me to run a series of journals and when I asked if I shoul run the Year End and lock down the Accounts he said he didn’t know enough about Quickfile and could I please research to find out the benefits of running the Year End tool…
The Year End tool has not been used since the beginning 2013 as some Year End journals were posted and I believed the Accountant was doing this. However it seems not. My concern is backdating Year Ends and any conflicts with the journals the accountant has presented and the VAT returns and Accounts already presented. Can anyone help?
