Love this for my accounts as a Courier. I used to run my own spreadsheet, but it got a bit out of control.
Is there likely to be a charge for using this system in the foreseeable future?

That’s great to hear, thanks for letting us know.
We have no intention of charging for the standard QuickFile service at this time. Some advanced features (e.g. Affinity) are already chargeable and a new design customisation module will become chargeable later this year. These features are entirely optional and not required for most users.
