Uploading invoices from file

Hello, is there a way of uploading invoices created on our behalf by an agency so that i can still log the payments into our business account?

We are currently completing a weekly timesheet which the agency then use to invoice the client we are working for. We are sent a copy of the invoice & timesheet once payment has been made to our account. Thanks.

What sort of format are the invoices in? It’s certainly possible to upload them, but they only support single lines at the moment, so you could create one based on the total for example. But you could then attach the timesheet to the invoice as a record.

This can be done by going to Account Settings >> Import Data >> Import invoices
