VAT returns error

How do I resolve this?

Depends. Have you just signed up for mtd? Have you already been submitting under mtd? Did you need to renew your link with hmrc? More info is needed to give you an answer.

My agent use to file MTD. I moved to Quickfile from 1st Oct 2020. I attempted to register a while ago using QuickFile. Not sure, I was successful or not. But, I attempted to run the process and it gave me the above error.

My Agent was still tagged as authorised party to file the VAT. I logged on to HMRC website and removed him. It has worked now.
