I recently received an email about changes and charges being dependant on our account size. How can I find out our account size?
When I accessed that page from the new pop up when you log in I was expectintg to be told my actual account size. Understanding what I do about Quickfile my first reaction was that there was a mistake and it was only when I looked at the page as a whole that I realised that it was just an example. Somebody with less understanding who doesn’t realise just how much traffic even a very small business will produce could easily be mislead.
I see the link was originally to a guide explaining how to check the account size. We’ve since changed that to link directly to the relevant area in the account.
