Year end transfer to reserve

Hi,

I am wondering if there are any ways to transfer the income and expenses to the balance sheet reserve nominal code 3200 at every financial year end. All the other accounting software does it automatically. The only way I can do it by manually posting journals whereas it should be automatically transferred to the reserve in balance sheet…
Any help would be appreciated
