Yodlee missing transactions (Co-op)

I set up a Yodlee link to Co-op bank last week. It performed the first sync OK, and then downloaded one transaction the next night.

Since then it hasn’t collected anything, although when I checked manually this morning there were two transactions from 10th and one from 13th.

If you manually refresh the feed, do you need to enter any one time codes (e.g. from an app or device supplied by the bank)?

Yes - something I was rather hoping Yodlee would help avoid!

If your bank requires the unique code, then it will prevent an automated update.

Unfortunately if the bank enforces this, there is no way to bypass it. Some banks offer a mixture of using a unique code, or a password, so if you can log in using a memorable word, or a password or passcode (which doesn’t change with each login), then you should be able to delete the feed and re-create it using this method.
