Hi, I have 2-factor authentication configured on my Affinity account, which is fine. However, I can’t seem to set/unset 2-factor authentication for individual or all users of the client profile accounts? Please could you advise how to achieve this?

You would need to log into the QuickFile accounts independently from Affinity to set up 2-factor authentication.

Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately, I can’t as my authenticator broke. Is there anyway you can reset please?
