Is there any way to add a second company onto my quickfile account. This will have nothing to do with my current company but I would like to raise some invoices and track payments and purchases.

Yes and no. You can’t just add another company to the same account but you can set up another account. There’s also Affinity but that is a paid service and it sounds like that you probably don’t need that.
