3rd party accountant

Hello, I have done end-of-year. I should see on the dashboard a possibility to connect to a third-party accountant. However, I can’t do so. Instead I see a message
“You have one or more active jobs with your accountant/bookkeeper, click here for details.

However, this is empty and i had deleted the previous accountant from my team members. How can I now connect to a third-party accountant? Many thanks!

I think your browser may be loading a cached page.

Please try the below

  • Clear browser cache.
  • Try an alternate browser.
  • Try an alternte device.
