When our clients accept one of our estimates and we are notified, they very often use the ‘client’s comments’ section to ask us a question - normally when can they have the product or service.
There appears to be no way to reply back to them leaving the only options of creating a separate message or an actual email. Both these options aren’t ideal and seem a bit disjointed. It would make sense to reply back via the same way in which the question was posed along with the entire conversation.
Is this possible somehow or is it something you could consider?
