I need to set up a login for my accountant to be able to login and check my year end accounts, they only have my account that uses Quick File which i have full control over. My partner also has an account with yourselves which she has had for quite a few years, she set up a email address and password so her accountant could check information. I have tried under the team management but its saying i need to be logged in as the administrator, as far as i am aware i should be the administrator as i am the only one who has access, thanks
Looking at your account there is another user on their going by a different name who is the administrator (although this user has never actually logged in).
I have PM’d you the details of the other user on your account.
