Following the outage -(Which I understand can happen to any company!) - I would like to know what happens in the case of Quickfile no longer being in existence. i.e. Is their a way I can mirror / save my data?

Unfortunately that situation is all too common now!
You’ll be glad to know we offer an export of data in CSV format, which can be used by various our software packages (including Excel). In fct, I’d encourage you to set up a regular back up on your account:

However, we have no plans of going anywhere
