Accessing the QuickFile App

Hi,

I have just started to use QuickFile and I have all my account set up through my browser panel. I am starting to add all my invoices etc, but I have gone and downloaded the QuickFile app on my android to use it to add my receipts, but it states my credentials are invalid. Why is this this, as it all works on my browser?

If anyone could assist me with this, I would be greatful, thank you.

Hi @Kevin1985

The mobile app uses the same log in details that your main account does. If you’re seeing the error about invalid credentials, it’s likely that either the email address or password has been entered incorrectly.

Yes i did this, but it did not work.

I have now reset my password and then tried that and it has worked.
