Is there a way of accessing all uploaded receipts or can this be done per purchase? It would be useful to have a link to the receipt document store from the receipt Hub. Don’t know if I will ever need to access them all but would HMRC ever ask for them in an audit?
They may ask for them, which is why it’s always a good idea to have them there.
You can view a complete list of documents in the document management area. Apologies for these screenshots but I’m doing this from my phone, but hopefully you get the idea.
In the receipt hub on the left hand side you have a link to the document management area:
Which brings up the below screen. Here you can search, access and even download all the documents you’ve uploaded.
Or, you can go into the relevant purchase and access them from there.

When you attach a receipt scan to a purchase it will show a little icon that looks like a document with a folded corner, in the “actions” column on the list of purchases. Clicking the icon will show the corresponding receipt.
Or on the individual purchase page it will be listed under “attached files”.
