Account access issue

I used QF last year but have migrated to a different system for my 22-23 accounts. However, clearly I still need access to my 21-22 accounts on QF.
However, when I log in, I can’t get past the “New Subscription: Your Power User Subscription has now expired” screen. I can’t even access my company settings – whatever I click, it just redirects me to the new subscription screen.
Am I missing something? How can I access my accounts?

Thank you for contacting us.

I’ve taken a look at the account associated with your email address, and can see that you have 2336 ledger entries which have been created in the last 12 months. Accounts with 1,000+ nominal ledger entries require a subscription to continue using QuickFile, which is why you are seeing the notification regarding the charge.

If you are not processing to the account this will come down over time until you reach the threshold and your account will revert to the free tier and access will be restored

I have granted a courtesy period for you until the end of the month (31/10/2022).

(You may need to log off and back in so it refreshes)

I would recommend printing any reports you may need, extracting your data in the form of a backup
