You can run an on-demand backup once you have setup a backup schedule, see here for details.
It should be noted however that this produces a series of CSV documents, it cannot be used to restore data on QuickFile. What changes do you plant to make? Most things can be easily undone, but if you give me some extra detail I will see if I can help.
