Hello, community. Do you know if we are able to change the accounting catalog for the journal entries?

What do you mean by accounting catalog? Are you referring to the nominal accounts?

If you mean the nominal accounts, yes, you can create new accounts by going to your Charts of Accounts and click “Create New Account” and the top left.
It is not possible to change (rename) the default accounts. But if you have entries in one of those default accounts and you want to have them to a custom account you can easily move them.
