I’ve just attempted to purchase accounts filing for my first year. Yet, WorldPay let me upto 3D Secure codes for both tried cards (Visa and MC) and declined payment at last noting to contact the merchant which happens to be… you.
Do you have any other payment gateways? Another guess is that, probably, your WorldPay account implies some restrictions which forbid me to proceed any further.
