We have had two Barclays Bank feeds working for many years.
Recently one feed expired and on reactivating it deactivated the second feed.
I then tried activating the second and it deactivated the first.
Can’t find any help on this…it was working.

When activating bank feeds for the same bank they must be authorised together.
I would reccomend going to the Banking > Open Bank Feeds screen and revoking the Barclays feed.
You can then connect via the same screen and authorise the feeds together.

Figured this out myself earlier.
The only clue that helped me when searching in the support threads was one which stated that only one set of connection login credentials can be used by the system for bank feeds.
That twigged with me the thought that both bank feeds needed to be authorised on the one single authorisation event/login.
This should be added to documentation for the system.
The system as it’s currently presented to the user, intuitively implies that second feeds are added separately/individually.
Things could easily be made clear with an edit to the UI info being presented to users.
All working again for us now.
