We are having difficulties invoicing our clients from our affinity account event log or their activity log when our staff is working on our client file. We hoped that we could trace how long we spent on a file without having to take a timing outside quickfile. We just realised that we could not. Timesheet is a vital source of calculatating our fees. Could you please let us know if there a way to check our activity log on our clients when on affinity.
