Hi, How do I add a property as an asset even though it has not been paid for through the business bank accout - I have paid it from my personal account - ( its not a separate company, just accounts separate from my PAYE income)

It’s likely that this would be recorded as a normal purchase with an invoice line assigned to the Property asset nominal.
As you’ve paid it from your personal account rather than the company bank account, you would tag the payment to the Director’s Loan Account.
